This is a great hat shop! He can shape a new hat any way you want and work miracles with an old felt hat! Super nice guy, and a great selection of hats. They also have boots and shirts, but I really didn't look at those. If you need a new cowboy hat or an old one shaped, this is the place to go!
Great experience! These guys treat you like royalty. The selection is unmatched in the area if you are looking for a nice hat, and their shaping is top notch. I brought them a hat to reshape, and that went great. It looked awful (from another shop), and they were able to get the old creases out and made it look like a new hat. I bought a hat from them and the shape was awesome as well. While I was there they cleaned and shaped a 30 year old hat a guy brought in too. GREAT STORE TO SHOP FOR WOMEN & MEN! Shirt’s were purchased @ this store. Great environment & very great customer service. You can find anything you like such as boots , belts , clothing , hats etc... They also have boot cleaning services & hat services. SHOP AT THIS STORE FOR YOUR WESTERN APPARELS !!
Excellent customer service! I purchased two straw hats and had them shipped to me after receiving one as a gift that was originally purchased here. They arrived so fast and were packaged so good, the hats were impeccable!! Being able to provide the great service they do for all customers including those out of state, shows how passionate they are about their shop! If I ever have any more western wear needs, I will definitely reach out to Galiz Hat Zone and pay the extra $$ to have the items shipped! Definitely recommend!
