Although my case wasn't the right fit, Galileo was quite kind in their specfic actions and resources to resolve my matter. The most telling thing was in their email, "you don't need to pay us to do this." While I never hope to be in the situation of having a totaled car, if I ever did, I would engage Galileo. Thank you!
Paul managed my diminished value claim to resolution, dealing with the at-fault party's insurance (which was under insured, making things more challenging) and my own insurance and got them to settle. The process, save for some initial homework and the outcome was pretty much the best case scenario for me. I fully recommend Paul's services. Just beware that you need to be armed with patience to see a DV claim through.
