Sparks location Office is clean and staff is very friendly, however the therapists are very relaxed and in my opinion on the lazy side, more of the chatty side and not the hands on. At my first appointment the therapist did not read the post op report and was not aware of what was done but wanted to start therapy. I insisted she read the report prior to us doing the therapy I offered to email it to her right then so she wouldn’t have to have the front desk dig to find it, in the end I had her read it on my phone. Be careful visiting here if you require an advanced physical therapy rehabilitation. I went with my mother for her first post op appointment post hip replacement and she was not evaluated at all. Started on strength exercises and treated with a very lax program that was not tailored at all to what she was experiencing or needed. I quickly found her an appointment at another rehab facility with an excellent physical therapist and the treatment was night and day. Star Wars I’ve always had great experiences there. Today by my own fault I was running late I’m traveling in from Carson. I called to let them know I was running late. I believe her name is Beth at the front that I spoke to. She asked me if I had done my paperwork online. I told her I hadn’t.
