I genuinely enjoy stopping here from time to time, and I want to start by saying the staff have always been incredibly kind, fun, and welcoming. Honestly, the fact that they often have the newest Pokémon cards in stock is such a fun unexpected bonus and always makes me smile. That’s actually why writing this makes me a little sad. Just don't come here. Trust.
To the crabby worker there that had to help me with my card stuck in the gas pump. You need a lesson in customer service. I have no idea how you got a job but you are the reason there are one star reviews. Worthless.
Don't waste your money at this car wash multiple parts of it are broken and the card machine works when it feels like it. Wish I just drove further into Reno and paid less money for a proper good working car wash.
