We recently had blinds from Galaxy Blinds, and found the phone service very poor, the guys who came to measure and fit were great, and the blinds themselves are great, it was just the customer service on the phone very poor and in some conversations rude. It wasn't that we waited over the 2/3 weeks advised waiting time, (more like 5 weeks) it was the customer service stating that 'someone would call me, I didn't need to ring' and 'we would call you back' and never receiving any calls, and our final call (which was the rudest... read more

Lee fitted our new blinds. He did an exceptional job! Very quick and made sure all blinds were up and working correctly. Highly recommend. As for the blinds themselves they are great quality. Very happy with them.
