Been with Galarza for 20 years, first as a single person, then married with kids, and now the kids file with Galarza. Never any issues, super-convenient, friendly, and responsive.
They failed to file county taxes now I have to pay back almost $7000 after racking up penalty charges. Had to go to h&r block for them to fix what they messed up after I was supposed to have a phone scheduled appointment that apparently was not written in their appointment book. Then the next year (after speaking with them and thought everything would be good for the next year) something else was not filed correctly and had to pay back another $500 to the county.
