I would recommend you go anywhere but this place. I find this store very condescending and rude to its customers. You will be treated with respect in frederick. I just don't understand their sales tact, if you ask about the premiums they act insulted.....it's just business, get over yourselves please. I took three ounces of gold to sell and they made me feel like a criminal, strange place with a weird vibe in a dodgy part of town.

I have sold to this place before, however their premiums are now so high. If silver is selling at $40/oz, they will sell it to you at $43/oz and buy it back from you for $37 an ounce. After finding out how much they would give me for my coins, I went to Frederick Coin Exchange and received $120 more for what I was selling than this store would give me (even though the spot price fell $.50 during that time).

I came excited to sell some old coins i found. and one specifically is quite valuable. I called and someone answered after a few rings and then put me on hold. Then come back a minute later and very rudely and hastily ask what they can help with and i say id like to sell my coins and the employee proceeds again (without hesitation and without even looking at the coins) offers me 25 cents per coin. Very unpleasant first time experience.arrived at 1215 pm. Signs say open and instructing to enter left at door with intercom. Buzzed door and a gentlemen answered the door and let me inside. I proceeded to walk upstairs than the owner ( I’m assuming ) yelled at me for entering when his employee let me inside. I will not go back again. Made me feel unwelcome. I did nothing wrong. He should do a better job managing his employees
