We spoke with Mr. Gaither a month ago about our issue. He said he would draw up the paperwork to move forward and then ghosted us. I’ve called and left messages with the front desk and emailed him as well. Seemed nice in person but if he didn’t want to represent us he could have just said so instead of wasting a month of time I could have spent finding someone else.
Was told wrong information by the attorney and they took my 2,000 up front. He told me he would give me half a refund since we could not file probate, I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a call back and refund. The front desk staff is SO rude. I do NOT recommend this office at all.
Absolutely ridiculous . No payments, no compassion, and not too polite. I would never retain such “help”
Awesome they get the job done and there cheap good looking secretary too...
