Extremely disappointing experience with Gainsville. We placed our order on 15 January and were advised that delivery would take approximately 12 weeks, with a maximum timeframe of 14 weeks. We are now more than 20 weeks into the process and still have not received our complete order. The delivery has been split into multiple shipments. I walked into the store in Nunawading on a Saturday afternoon a couple of weeks ago. There was only one other couple being serviced by a store representative, so the shop was not busy. There was another employee sitting at the desk near the entrance. No-one acknowledged me when I walked in. I spent a lot of time looking over the couch that I was interested in, taking photos, trying to look at the measurements on the paperwork that was available, and at no point did anyone come and try and help me.
