Comfortable furniture and very helpful staff.
From the moment we walked in, it was clear customer service was non existent in this store. Mark, who happens to be the store manager, is the most disinterested sales person I have ever met. He does not greet, acknowledge or attempt to provide any service to customers unless approached. You would be walking past him and he would literally be looking on his phone or computer screen. Bought a sofa from this store and the surface of the leather started to peel after only 1 year or so. They sent a technician over and said that it was caused from rubbing and having our feet up on the sofa. If I’m not mistaken but that’s what normal people do when they sit on the sofa, they occasionally put their feet up. So anyways, Gainesville said that this was not covered under warranty.
