I wanted to buy an item as advertised, but then I was informed I had to buy it as part of a ‘set’ which makes zero sense and against advertisment for used, floor stock. They couldn’t sell it at Nunawading and began offering it at another location. My time was undermined and as a first time customer, I won’t be returning for these tactics.
The furniture itself looks great, but the overall service was pretty mediocre. While the showroom staff were friendly enough during the sale, the experience felt very 'transactional' once I committed. My biggest issue was the lack of information provided. I wasn't explained anything regarding the warranty or after-care, which is disappointing when you're investing in pieces you expect to last many, many years.
I can’t thank Bailey and Mark enough for their service and their care. The furniture is obviously top quality and I can’t wait to enjoy it. But the real stars of the show are Mark and Bailey. They are knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient, and have demonstrated a level of customer service that is extremely rare in this day and age. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for everything, it honestly means so much and you’ve made the starting of a new chapter a lot less daunting🙏🏼❤️
