I wanted to buy an item as advertised, but then I was informed I had to buy it as part of a ‘set’ which makes zero sense and against advertisment for used, floor stock. My time was undermined and as a first time customer, I won’t be returning.
The store manager was really nice and friendly until we bought a bed but after that the same person had lost her friendliness and smile , she was quite cold , a definite change in personality. The bed that I purchase had an incorrectly manufactured slat system and I was treated like I didn't know how to put six bolts in six holes , it should have been the easiest part of the assembly but it was manufactured incorrectly but they insisted I didn't know what I was doing, in the end I didn't want to deal with them anymore and re... read more
