We recently set up new home with a complete replacement of all of our furniture. We bought items from a number of comparative furniture stores to Gainesville, and the experience was generally ok with the others, however Gainesville does stand out significantly and is 100% deserving of a 5 star review. Gainsville the worst experience I have ever had. We bought a $2500 bookcase that started cracking from pour manufacturing. The warranty staff do their best to run you around and treat you like an idiot. If I could give 0 stars I would, this is only the start of our issues with this company. Buyer beware, there is a lot better quality furniture out there than Gainsville faulty substandard rubbish they sell.
Purchased some beautiful dining chairs to match my cody light grey sofa. The lady over the phone was soo helpful and organised everything so efficiently. The chairs are stunning and really make a statement alongside the sofa which is just as beautiful. Thank you to the customer service lady at Thomas town for organising those chairs I'm so glad I didn't have to wait 12 weeks for the ones I originally had my eye on and you directed me to these instead. Sorry I didn't get your name.
