They did not confirm my appointment, i got their call for massage and as I never confirm it, i was not aware of it. I had a family emergency and they called for an appointment. I explained them that i am in family emergency, lady said i have to pay cancellation charges. But i never confirmed my appointment why would i pay cancellation charges.
