We came in to take care of several items that we’d been meaning to do for a while (name change, order checks, new debit card due to fraud), and Lyn knocked it all out no problem. Another great reason why we love LAFCU. So grateful to have our community credit union.
I go to bank at 4:15 the bank closes around 5 ok fine they have. What started as a manageable agreement has spiraled into a financial nightmare driven by predatory add-on charges and bureaucratic stonewalling. I want to start off by saying yes there absolutely have been hiccups here and there while I have been banking with them for the past 9 years but it has ALWAYS been resolved. Sure sometimes you have to escalate to speak to the manager , but a few bad apples never ruin a good box. They are very caring towards their members, and with this economy their rates are incredible.
