I spent hours trying to get Gain FCU to fix an error where my credit card showed past due even though the balance was $0. They kept apologizing and promising it would be fixed. Instead, they charged me a $25 late fee and now my credit score is taking the hit — all because of their mistake. Totally unacceptable.

We came in to take care of several items that we’d been meaning to do for a while (name change, order checks, new debit card due to fraud), and Lyn knocked it all out no problem. Another great reason why we love LAFCU. So grateful to have our community credit union.
I go to bank at 4:15 the bank closes around 5 ok fine they have. I time opening new account I said can I open new account online instead of opening account in the bank they said yes they waisted my time driving to bank and they waisted my time opening online application and giving my social information online 3 days on the row I called and not a single email was received regarding to the application so I can get a new card then they say ohh we need social to look up your information to see the application status they are slo... read more
