I called at 9am on 10/8/2026 Edna was excellent at her service to me. I called concerned about a text I never received before from Gain letting me know about my credit card payment coming up and a link where I could click to make the payment. Edna explained to me that I made the right choice calling Gain first since its never happened to me before in all the years I have been with Gain. I've been with Gain when it was the Burbank City Employee Federal Credit Union. While there has been some major changes over the last few years, Gain has done a good job of adding modern banking convivence into a legacy system. I can understand AI call centers, as much as I dislike them, but Gain is crazy about their AI generated ads and that's why this is a 4 star and not a 5 star.
