Its unfortunate you have to give them a star, period. Gail isn a liarbwho does not produce the results she promises. She mislead an associate whowas her client in developing his vocational plan for L& I. She talked him into, basically forced, him into entering a program he was not only uninterested in, but which also was in no way comparable to his former field, or salary bracket.
