Ms Gail Donaldson was not nice to me every time I would call her she either avoided trying to talk to me or when she did she acted like I was bothering her along with the rest of the staff they also took advantage of me they took over 4000 then dismissed my case because I couldn't make another payment tried talking to them wasn't helpful at all to me very disappointed in the staff and Ms Gail I'm just very upset that she wouldn't allow me a second chance to make it right ppl go through stuff and she just refused to help me a... read more

We went through chapter 13 w Gail Donaldson and she taught me a whole lot. At first, I was nervous about the payments but she really is tender when she let's you know if your living beyond your means... Which is why most people end up needing her help anyway...and u know every charge u will get before signing papers;she and the staff was great at explaining...
