Gail and her team were super helpful every step of the way, helping explain how each stage works and responding to questions promptly. We had an awesome experience and would highly recommend.
I had a very poor experience with Gail. I originally contacted her in October 2024. After explaining my situation and sending her all of my financials, she sent me a pre-approval letter for a 7% interest rate on our mortgage. The seller asked for a 2 month closing period, and we were supposed to close January 8th. I turned in every single document that CrossCountry requested weeks before they were due. A week before we are supposed to close I get an email from Gail letting my know my interest rate was actually 11.25%. WHAT. ... read more
There was great communication throughout the entire process. CrossCountry has an easy online system to load your details into which help track your progress in the application system. We would definitely to back to Gail!
