UPDATE OCTOBER 2025: Because Gail CONTINUES to lie, I'm posting an update. I originally told Gail I was going to be keeping my first home and renting it out. She explained that only 75% of the rent could be used as income, great. A few weeks later I changed my mind and decided to sell our home. Gail said that was fine. I had a very poor experience with Gail. I originally contacted her in October 2024. After explaining my situation and sending her all of my financials, she sent me a pre-approval letter for a 7% interest rate on our mortgage. The seller asked for a 2 month closing period, and we were supposed to close January 8th. I turned in every single document that CrossCountry requested weeks before they were due.
