My husband and I have been going to see Gail (we call her Super Gail) for 6 years now. My Husband has 4 metal rods fused to his spine and goes about 1/week. When he goes to see Super Gail he can function daily without pain meds or other pain relief... Gail is his pain manager and reliever! Gail is very knowledgable and really worked with me on how to relax. She taught me a lot about how pain and how myofascial release helps release the tissue so that the muscles can move better. I booked an appointment because of my low back pain but Gail found more places that I didn't even know were sore and tender. I was very relaxed when the session was over and the next day I was amazed at how much better I felt! The pain was gone!
