After pulling all our resources to get our down payment, Gail guided us through the refinance process as our equity grew and rates became more favorable. In 2005, she got us an equity loan so we could open our new business without an SBA loan. After 13+ year of business, that equity loan is right about to be paid off and we have a super low fixed rate for our primary mortgage all thanks to GAIL!
