Great experience. She handled two properties for us professionally and efficiently. We could always reach her whenever we had questions. There were no surprises. What was most important for us was that there were no surprise bills and everything stayed on schedule.

Gail worked seamlessly with our architect. She is clearly knowledgeable in the field. She communicated ever milestone to us so there were never any unexpected or unpleasant surprises. We had commercial build out for our retail store. We initially hired another contractor because of price. What a mistake that was! We knew within two weeks that it was a mistake. We were relocating our existing business and couldn’t have delays. After almost putting us out of business before we even got started in our new location, he walked off the job. I could not have been more fortunate when I found Gail. She saved my home for my children and I. I had been very ill and fallen behind and my creditors wouldnt work with me at all. Gail fought for over two years and finally won. She never charged me any more than we agreed upon and even took a payment plan.
