An incredible massage is an understatement. At no point did I feel like there was a routine or anything other than empathy and care. As Berenis kneaded the knots from my shoulder I could feel the tension draining from my body. I will be back again I just won't wait until I'm in that much pain again to do so.
Gaia's healing touch is one of my favorite places to go for some R&R. Her space is so welcoming and relaxing. She does a wonderful job from start to finish and has multiple styles of massages offered. Absolutely love this place! 11/10 I definitely recommend
