Melanie is amazing! I have been seeing her for acupuncture for overall health, eczema flare ups, allergies, etc for a year now. She is so knowledgeable in her practice, intently listens to me at my appointments, and has helped me so much with her recommendations. Very kind and understanding, and affordable! 10/10 recommend!

I was diagnosed with shingles (on the neck/head) and suffered for 3 months with the most debilitating migraines I had ever experienced. Not to mention the facial/ear/jaw nerve pain that never went away. Finding this place was a tremendous game changer. Dr Melanie took the time to listen to me, and we came up with a plan together. I never really had used acupuncture before, but in the time since going to her, I actually sleep through the night now- which is HUGE! Thankful to have had her skill in Rapid City.

I was referred to Dr. Melanie Munson several months ago by another health care practitioner who noted some issues detected by thermography. My first session made such a difference that I have continued, first weekly and now about every three weeks, although Dr. Melanie has me make that choice myself--no pressure. I started seeing Dr. Melanie after I found out my jaw was full of inflammation...potentially from a year old dental procedure that wasn't completely healing. What a breath of fresh air to spend time with a doctor and not be rushed! Acupuncture was new to me...I was a little nervous...but now I love it! Between acupuncture, a few diet changes and some herbs I am feeling great! She is so knowledgable and confirmed my belief that a prescription is not the first place to start.
