Ive been 3 times now and have had the most uplifting experience of clarity, like a huge cloud of fogginess is clearing. The massage with a personalised blend of essential oils has helped me fully relax and de stress. i really enjoy and take away so much from our life couching session at the end. This has helped me put things back into order and focus. Definitely recommend.
I had sound therapy and massage healing and it was a life changing experience I had a huge weight uplifted from me she is amazing at what she does and just brings a calm and comfortable presence with her. I have been suffering anxiety and depression and it really helped me with it. I 100% recommend her. And would recommend anyone to even just experience a massage as her vibe is beautiful and so calming.
