I took my 89 year old Mom there for a long overdue eye exam and she had the best car and experience. We can't thank all of the staff enough for the care for her..
I really liked getting my glasses here, the downtown location, the nice frames, the helpful staff, etc. but my recent experience was bad and I lost quite a bit of money so I'll be going elsewhere.
I went to Gahring Optical after my eye Dr. moved away. I had high hopes for a great experience but instead ended up without receiving the services paid for and feeling like my time had been wasted. The OD, Jacqueline Caringola spent way too much time telling me about her personal life and not enough on getting my exam done properly. I was there over 2hrs for a routine exam. I had 2 wrong prescription glasses from another local optometrist my wife had 1 wrong prescription from the same optometrist down the road. Went to Gahrings optical got the correct prescription now we can utilize the glasses without headaches. Thank you very much everyone one was friendly and helpful thanks again you guys are awesome
