mediocre service and high prices. Tech craze is substantially cheaper. He is charging prices like he owns a place in Easton mall. Tech craze sawmill treats me well, offers me water and charges me 30 percent less. Also, person working there wanted to argue about a 30 min repair taking 1 hour. Have some respect for peoples time and have some manners. You are in not in Beverly Hills or Easton mall and you don’t need paperwork signed when working on a $50 phone. These guys are scum never come here there sexist I called and ask how much for a phone they told me 700 my girl calls for the same phone they say 400 dollars and when I confronted them they tried to act like they couldn't understand me
They gave us the lowest price out of anywhere else for a phone repair. Phone took no time to be fixed and is perfect now! Very knowledgeable and professional! Deff recommend!
The gentleman who answered my call and gave me intel on cost and timeliness for fixing the iPad was great. I took my iPad in and had it back two days later (screen had to be ordered and I came in late the first day). iPad looks like it was never damaged. Grateful for their warranty, too. Entire experience was positive and I'd highly recommend!
