Refused to help me with my federal taxes that I got done with them last year that I have never received. Miss Ellie with the bob and the nasty attitude offered no help and went as far to blame her client. Don’t waste your $350 getting your taxes done here unless you want to never receive your hard earned money BUT receive a stank attitude from staff. David Gagnon worked with us to finalize my mother’s 2023 taxes following her Nov. death. Two or three months after Gagnon filed our taxes and was paid ($450) for his services, my lawyer had a simple follow-up question for him - do we need to set aside money for Mom’s 2024 taxes? This was the final step necessary to finalize the will. Gagnon refused to respond to my lawyer.
