Recently was a participant in a transaction which involved a complex title situation. Darren and Claudia diligently worked through the situation to resolve the issues and allow all parties to confidently move forward. In addition Darren sat down with us and explained in detail what the issue was and what the final resolution was about.. in a manner that we could understand. I would recommend them without hesitation and plan on engaging their services in the future
