I’ve worked with several different tax accountants in the past, and I was blown away by the level of detail, process, communication, and service provided by Jan from Gagliano Associates. We worked on several tax projects together including redoing current year taxes which I thought I owed (and already paid) $2500 to the IRS… Jan was able to get me $7500 back… $10k swing… Jan is well worth whatever you pay him, trust me. Can’t wait to continue working with him.
I called asking for a price quote and she told me to go online and refer to their price chart. I notified her that I was on the road but I could give her all my information if she could just give me the price quote over the phone but she refused to help and told me to wait until I go home and look it up myself. Lol unbelievable
We've been coming to Jennie for our family's taxes for about 5 years now. She's always worked with us and maximized our refund, even through complicated issues like adoption, state tax credits and starting an LLC. We really appreciate her dedication and professionalism.
