Unfortunately, our experience working with Sarah and her team was very disappointing. As property owners attempting to navigate housing and payment matters for a tenant under conservatorship, timely communication and coordination were critical. Sarah represented my mom at the closing for the purchase of her home. She walked her through the closing process and kept her posted on any issues that came up on the seller’s side. She was especially helpful when a particular issue from the Seller came up the day of the closing; she was focused and stayed on top of everything until the very end, when my mom closed. I’m grateful to Sarah for the support and kindness she showed my mom during this legal process and for making her feel comfortable throughout.
