I went into physio gage with what felt like a rib out of place. I could barely turn to the left and had sharp stabbing pain. After 30 mins Krystal was able to relieve that pain. It did come back but I was giving exercises to help relieve it and my second visit it was gone. By visit 3 and 4 it was like I never had the pain. My nagging foot pain also cleared but from the physio for my back/rib. Thank you Krystal for relieving my pain.

I was recommended to Gage Physio. I was quite pleased to find out that they do a lot there to heal you. My right shoulder Was giving me a lot of pain and problems. She gave me a routine and on my next visit some cupping. It’s a vast improvement. Almost pain-free now. Thank you, Valerie for your expertise..

I love what Ashima is accomplishing with me for my hip pain. I am able to walk better now. Doing exercises in the gym .

I’ve been seeing Ashima for the past three months for lower back pain, and the results have been great.
