I am a client of Ashima, I have had some horrible pain in my foot for which I had some treatments done and it helped me to walk without a lot of discomfort, I have also gone for some shoulder pain/ tense muscles, very strained and tight, And within one day of treatment it helped to relax my muscles and reduce strain. Ashima is the best! I am always well taken care of!
Ashima has helped me greatly with TMJ. My jaw was going out of alignment several times per week. Since going to Ashima for treatment, it has not gone out of alignment once. She gave me jaw exercises to do as well. I'd say my jaw is about 95% better. I would highly recommend Ashima to anyone suffering from TMJ!
