Had a few issues on shipping timing however Mike ultimately made it right. Great product and overall great service.
If I could rate at zero stars I would. I ordered 2 sets of gaffrig switchable mufflers nearly 5 months ago from a distributor on the gaffrig website. They are called MONSTER MARINE STORE. They quoted me 3-4 weeks. They were very quick at this point of ordering to e mail me shipping costs and them took my money totalling several thousand dollars. That was to be the end of all communication by them . I have rang 9 times over this period to constantly be told lies about delivery by Mike . I have contacted gaffrig direct twice. ... read more
