I was a patient/customer for 10+ years.The doctors were always great. This last visit I was not happy with the frames I ordered ($300 and my insurance only allows for 1 set per year) I asked for a refund so I could go find frames I liked elsewhere. At that point the attitude of the lady showing me the frames changed. She said she needed to go talk to someone and moved me to a back table.
