I have referred Mark Gaeta for several years and will continue to do so. There are few who exceed his honesty, knowledge and integrity. I refuse to believe he would do anything less. patsull@patsull.com
Took advantage of a child’s trust account of thousands of dollars and continued to lie to judges to keep basically steal from a child’s trust account. He is a liar and thief. RUN! He is not a honest attorney as all these judges are claiming him to be.
Run from this unprofessional person. Took $1000 down for a trust down payment and then kept misspelling names of our beneficiaries and put incorrect real estate address's even though I had given him everything in writing? Then after months of waiting (maybe 4?) informs us that he can't do the one house in another state....he didn't know that at the initial consult? Then WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM AGAIN!!!!! RUN!
