Where do I start? Do not get stuff fixed here unless it’s simple. Do not trust them with anything valuable. 1. horrible customer service. Thank Robert. Was able to get my child's computer back in time for her school seminar! Thanks Robert. This is my review 20 months ago Sorry to say, but I must change my review this time around. No one in office....no phone updates. Was very easy to take my deposit, yet difficult locate my laptop. Had it for weeks and did nothing. So unprofessional, and too much time and money wasted. Got my Samsung watch fixed after everyone else said they couldn't fix it! It did take some time but it does work and he explained everything that was wrong with it and what he did to it. He will get back to his messages as long as your patient. I would rather pay for a repair than pay for a new watch any day! Thank you Robert ! And thank you Gadget X!
