Where do I start? Do not get stuff fixed here unless it’s simple. Do not trust them with anything valuable. 1. horrible customer service. Probably will answer you the first time you call but you won’t be able to hear them fully… 2. I dropped off my own stuff here and I have YET to receive it back in my possession. No one in office....no phone updates. Was very easy to take my deposit, yet difficult locate my laptop. Had it for weeks and did nothing. So unprofessional, and too much time and money wasted. Got my Samsung watch fixed after everyone else said they couldn't fix it! It did take some time but it does work and he explained everything that was wrong with it and what he did to it. He will get back to his messages as long as your patient. I would rather pay for a repair than pay for a new watch any day! Thank you Robert ! And thank you Gadget X!
This is actually insane. Like is this owner a ghost or something every time I come here he’s never there. I want my camera back and I can’t believe how ridiculous this is getting.
