Very friendly service and effectively fixed my problem
I regret going there. My laptop screen was broken. They charged me £60 just for the diagnosis and told me it would cost £300 to replace the screen. I decided to take my laptop back. The guy talked too much, and I had to wait a long time.
Really quick and efficient service. Took my laptop in yesterday and it was ready within 5 business hours. Barry was very helpful and clearly explained what issues they found & what they did to fix it. Also gave a student discount which is always appreciated! Can’t recommend them enough.
This has to be the worst repair shop I have ever been to. I took my laptop in for a power issue, only to find out that they had done more damage to the computer. The trackpad is no longer working, and there are large scratches on the side. While I was there, the owner was banging it off the side of the desk; they did not fix the problem. They also charged me for a part that they never ordered.
