Took a phone in on a Sunday for battery replacement, expecting to leave overnight or longer. Was quoted a price, phone was checked that everything worked before job started, and was told it would be done in 45 minutes. Went for coffee, got a call 45 minutes later that it was ready, picked it up and went home happy.
