Brough my laptop to fix a minor issue, got charged £25 for just leaving it there. Took them 10 days and each time I contacted them, they’d come up with new excuses telling me there’s another error occurring. After 10 days they told me that they couldn’t find out what the issue was. I picked my laptop up just to find out they actually broke it completely and from a small issue that could’ve been fixed within a day, they created an issue that might be not fixable.
