If I could give 100 stars I would! Mark was amazing and helped me out in a huge pinch. I dropped my phone and screen went black. I called Mark, explained I am a nurse at a Rehab facility and my phone is the primary means of communication with co-workers and doctors. I dropped my phone off at his place of business and 2 hrs later it was ready. He made it his priority to get my phone fixed ASAP.
