We took the trip to Gabrielle to find a dress for my daughter’s wedding for one of their trunk shows. Michelle greeted us so warmly from the moment we walked in and couldn’t have been more helpful. Together with Susan they helped me find an absolutely beautiful gown that’s unique and so special. I can’t wait to see it when it comes in!!! Thank you both for the amazing experience.
Not a very welcoming place. It’s by appointment only so when I came in exactly for my appointment when I walked to the door, it was more, can I help you? Not greeted with a hi how are you. Also, not even a thank you for coming in today sorry things didn’t work out. Just the whole vibe was off.
My mother and I drove over an hour to shop for a mother-of-the-bride dress, but the experience was disappointing from the start. The negative reviews are true. My mother and I had a very disappointing experience while shopping for a mother-of-the-bride dress. I’m giving two stars because our sales associate was kind and generally helpful—but unfortunately, the rest of the experience overshadowed that.
