Came in looking for a MOB dress. Drove 2 hours each way with an appointment and no budget (not that budget should matter). Consultant was not helpful. Employee behind desk was rude. Very disappointing. Will be contacting designers with my feedback (which I have connections to). Don’t waste your time. Their social media presence is a farce.
Honestly, I would never tell anyone to come to this store. It’s a shame because I was so looking forward to coming here and heard amazing things! And yet, ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS. And the actions of every single person that assisted me in a search for a dress were atrocious. Imagine the movie “Pretty Woman” and how Julia Robert’s is treated at that first nice store on Rodeo Drive, that is nearly identical to what happened to me. When my daughter got engaged, all my friends insisted I had to go to Gabrielle. I had never been there and had never met Susan before. But the moment I walked into the store, we instantly clicked. Within 30 minutes, I had found the dress! Susan was so warm and welcoming—she really listened to what I had in mind, both in terms of style and budget—and absolutely nailed the selection. I've found my dress shop!
