I have to say today was my first time in this store... it gives a mom and pop feeling, loads of neat things to look at... fairly decent prices! I was impressed with the size variety and how quickly they had me a shirt designed. Like within 5 minutes we found my shirt size,color and bam she whipped the design on it and I was out of the door wearing it... The fun thing was, I wasn't there to have a custom shirt made!! Ordered 6 t-shirts with the same theme, just iron on letters with a different saying. Received them on time for our event however 2 of the shirts were made in the wrong sizes. They remade and reshipped- one of them they left off the end of the phrase so it was useless. Tried contacting them for a partial refund and they went ghost. Quality of the product is poor and they definitely don't have a QA process before shipping now that I'm seeing all the negative reviews for similar issues that I experienced.
