I would not recommend Seleina Barta as a LO. She called me a clown because I did not want to sell to an individual with a VA loan. I told her I sold 3 of my houses to veterans. I declined offers that were 20 to 30k higher than the vet. was offering for the sole purpose because they were a vet. However each experience was horrible.
