The building has modern design and is located in a wonderful part of Ottawa. It's next to the river valley and close to the Rideau Canal. There's a park outside the building and local cafés around. The building management responds to any concerns quickly and resolves them. They also take the initiative to engage residents and welcome their ideas. My partner and I have found a wonderful community in our neighbours. They're warm, friendly, helping and engaging.

I just went to my viewing that was scheduled at 3:30 p.m. today only to get there and call the office to be told you don’t do viewings on the weekend. I got multiple emails and texts confirming my appointment and was sent multiple reminders. In fact, I got a text 2 hours before the scheduled time with a reminder to my appointment. Guess I’m not the one that needs the reminders. I’m very unimpressed with this whole experience and will not be rebooking another viewing or interested in this appartement.
