3/11/26. I purchased a kitten. I asked the man did the kitten get vaccinated he said yes. I asked for paperwork. The man gave me paperwork for a dog. The paperwork had medicine and various vacancies a dog received. I bought some other items for the kitten. The man over charged me. He lied to me about the kitten vaccine. Gave me a random paperwork. He thought I'm ignorant. I would not go back there. Poor customer service. Deceitful business transaction. My first and last time in that shop. Not happy with the service.

This pet shop is NOT what it used to be. They used to be owned by a lovely couple who always went above and beyond for customers, now its new people who push way too hard to sell you anything, even if its a "companion" for your current pet or items you're not interested in purchasing. There used to a sitting/ waiting area inside, but that was taken out. Now you either stand the whole time, bring your own chair or wait outside, even in the winter.
