After filing with Sabrina, twice. Every year it is a battle to make an appointment with her. She is flighty AT BEST. She does not show up to her Aberdeen location with no warning. She has hours posted that there are supposed to be people working, and yet no one is there. Call and text her cell phone and the main office and no response. We call and try to set up an appointment and they say there aren’t any appointments. This year alone we have waited and been canceled on with no warning 4 times. I’m sorry to say that: I made appointment 4 days prior And on my appointment today, they called me two hours before the appointment and canceled it. Not a good start. Seems like they don’t care about potential customers and their reputation So my rating is : ZERO M.
Great experience every time, friendly service, and they take their time to answer any questions you may have.
