Last year experience was the same this year. They would not communicate with you unless you call them. Phone calls are unanswered, and they go to voice recording, and they will answer you with text messages. Very unbussinesslike.
GLENN AT G3 IS FANTASTIC!!! I can't possibly say enough good things about Glenn at G3. He is by far the very best tax preparer I have ever had, and I have had quite a few good ones. But also some bad ones. Glenn rescued me after my being treated HORRIBLY by H&R Block (where they made many mistakes, did not show up for phone appointments and took weeks to respond to email).
