STAY CLEAR! Little to no communication - very poor customer service - no follow ups to voicemails, messages left with associates, or messages sent through their portal. I worked with GLEN. The previous review about not getting answers for months is literally true. In my case none yet.

Last year experience was the same this year. They would not communicate with you unless you call them. Phone calls are unanswered, and they go to voice recording, and they will answer you with text messages. Very unbussinesslike.
