Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was promised a refund on July 19 and after 3 weeks of waiting, I have yet to receive it. I’ve chased them repeatedly, only to get excuses or no response at all. This is not how a reputable business should treat paying customers. If you value honesty And accountability I would strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
I love this store! For a quite few years I’ve been purchasing different items including few electric massage tables and tons of accessories for Live by Design Acupuncture and Massage clinic. Each experience I feel a personal approach from the owner of the store. She is not only interested in selling but interested in helping you to find exactly what you are looking for and feel satisfied with your purchase. Not to mention the prices are fantastic!
