This people treated me like criminal dog I walked in to cash a check large amount the lady chase me out the bank took pic of me my tags my truck like I done something wrong cause I wanted to cash a check I had to have my customer I worked for come back up and deal with her it was a blonde Karen
So far, not a fan. Not handicap accessible. Not user friendly. I have no transportation and live in the country. When I received my atm card, I was going to add it to Uber, but the only way to activate the card was at an atm. No way to call or do it online. So it took me days to find a ride, days I couldn't order groceries or get around. Went to transfer money to another bank and found out I can only transfer money between accounts with this bank.
