I had just broken my ankle, wrist, and hand and my appointment was at 9am with a 7:15am pickup time. The driver called the day before and said he would be here at 5:45am to pick me up and I was just supposed to ride around with him in my condition while he picked up and dropped other people. I said that I couldn't do that due to my medical conditions and had to end up canceling because while I was waiting by 7am, it got later and later. My driver from this morning was good he kept is word he had me to the doctor appointment on time and I didn't have to wait on him to go home I was standing outside he come back on time thank you Mr Anthony

I have used G-Vegas 6-8 times found them prompt very helpful and the driver we had was over the top helpful !!!

So not only was my driver on time, he was early. Also my son has cp and is bound to a wheel chair, they didn't send a wheel chair accessible vehicle, however the driver went above and beyond to get my son to his much needed therapy appointment. I didn't catch his name but he was very professional and kind. Kelford, NC

If I could give 0 stars I would was the worst experience with a transportation service the freaking driver never showed up and my child had a very important doctor appointment freaking terrible I wouldn’t recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!
