I am so happy with G. Michael’s Restoration. I have an old Edison record player. The 120+ year old mahogany cabinet was in poor condition. The front decorative grill was also broken. I called and sent them pictures. They sent me a quote and I accepted it. They picked it up started working on it. I have to say that it is now a beautiful piece of furniture. I have attached 2 before and 2 after pictures. I highly recommend G. Michael’s Restoration for their friendly service and above par work.
G. Michael’s does the BEST furniture restoration, and I have used three others. They not only restore but they can repurpose pieces as seen in the photo of the powder room piece (wish I had a before photo). The counter top in the guest bathroom was made from a solid piece of wood from Home Depot. Jesse and Randy are amazing craftsmen and great men to work with. Don’t waste your time and money by going anywhere else for restoration projects.

What I got back was stunning. The table is now beautifully restored with a rich, smooth finish and perfectly aligned panels. The grain looks amazing, the pedestal is solid, and the craftsmanship is obvious in every detail. They didn’t just refinish it — they brought it back to life while keeping its original character. Highly recommend... read more
