This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating due to a lack of transparency and professionalism. I was quoted $130 and explicitly asked about additional fees, yet none were disclosed. The job was completed in 45 minutes, yet I was charged for a two-hour minimum and a call-out fee that had never been mentioned, paying for work that was not performed.
