Worst company I have ever dealt with! they answer the phone so unprofessional. no option to pay online or cash, and they charge you a fee just to make a payment over the phone. the employees are rude, extremely money hungry & has nonchalant attitudes. they don’t try to work with you if you come across a financial situation. Worst customer service! I fell behind on payments due to contracting COVID and less hours at the office where I work. She wouldn’t even work with us. Very rude and doesn’t care about customers. Only money. I had called them on the Feb 1, told them when I could make a payment. They contacted a repo company. Ridiculous. I’ll never do business with them again.
