One word… RACIST. I was followed around the store by the lady like I was going to steal something. When she seen I had noticed, she went and watched me from the counter. Checked me out and didn’t even hand me my bag. Will not be going back, will find another convenient liquor store in the area.
Decent prices which is why I shop here and the customer service is typically okay. However today I felt compelled to leave a review on this place for the first time. Today I walked in was not greeted nor was I asked if I needed help with anything after pacing the aisles for a couple of minutes. Came here to buy liquor everytime. Price are good, staff are nice and they always make sure to keep the stock available.
Friendly associate, she called management and they made the decision not to sell us but two bottles of Moscato after driving two hours. We were there to purchase cases. Apparently we had the means to pay. Stated unable to because needed it for other customers. To sum it up didn't want the money right then (now). But when one store will not make a good business decision, another will. We were able to fulfill our goal. The trip was successful after all.
